Digital music orchestras (e-Orchs) formed by students of four participating schools will showcase their respective original collaborative multimedia works at the concert. They will also collaborate with the Chinese music and string ensembles of the Music Office to perform a variety of original and arranged works. University students from the e-Orch@EdUHK Music Innovation and Design Lab are also invited to present their original works to demonstrate their creativity through music and technology.
The Music Office has launched the ‘Innovative Music Making: MO x e-Orch’ music training programme since 2022 to promote the integration of music and technology on school campuses.
