Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition on Jiangxi’s Ganzhou Hakka Culture (Tentative title)

Featuring the theme Treasures of Nature — Extraordinary Hakka, the ninth ‘Genesis and Spirit — Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH)’ Exhibition and Demonstration Series will showcase Jiangxi Province’s remarkable representative items of the national ICH through multi-media displays, exhibits, graphics, texts and video screenings, in tandem with on-site demonstrations by ICH bearers and interactive experimental activities.  Display items including Gannan Hakka pounded tea making technique, Jingdezhen handcrafted porcelain technique, Jialu paper umbrella making technique, Xiangdong nuo dance, and Shicheng lantern festivals, taking visitors through an interesting journey to learn about Jiangxi’s Ganzhou Hakka culture.

This exhibition is one of the programmes of “Hong Kong ICH Month 2025”, “Chinese Cultural Festival 2025” and also the Chinese Culture Promotion Series.
