Liuzi Opera has a history of nearly 600 years and is known as one of the four ancient Chinese opera genres. This year, Centre for the Safeguarding of Liuzi Opera of Shandong, the only professional Liuzi Opera performing troupe in China, will bring in classic works, including the full-length plays Zhang Fei Crashing the Palace Gate and Sun An Presenting Memorials. Vivid portrayal of the characters performed by national class performers perfectly demonstrate the explicit charm of Liuzi Opera.
